Here’s what I take from that. When people manage to game the system and hog the views so real writers aren’t getting reads, the funds are going to be tied up for a while until the accounts are found and deleted. Backup funds would be to pay us for what we “should have” gotten but didn’t because of the fraudulent views. Writers will take a hit on pay for a while. And then it will right itself. That’s just how I read it. This happened last year, too and it sorted itself out.
