Except me. Did the turkey schtick for years. It's too much work. Something is always lumpy, or undercooked or overcooked. Someone will always point out WHAT is lumpy, or undercooked or overcooked.

Now my daughter and I walk in the forest alongside the river, then fire up the BBQ. I am very thankful NOT to spend the entire day in the kitchen. It's as good a thing to be thankful for as any, I guess. lol
