Covid just reminded me what I already knew. We're all going to die. When, we don't know. Maybe Covid. Maybe climate change. Old age if we're lucky.

It's given me a hyper focus on how I want to live, as opposed to how everyone else wants me to live. Strangely, the words "screw that" go a long way towards banishing the blues. Who knew?
