Anymore? It never has been. You can't decivilize a place that has never been civilized in the first place.

Dignity and rights? You know who had those? Rich white men. That's it. Rich white men owned black people and women, for God's sakes. More than 200 years later, we're still screaming about women's rights and carrying Black Lives Matter banners.

When you allow unfettered capitalism in a place that was uncivilized to begin with, know what you get? Exactly what you see now.
