And therein lies the problem. Media representation. I stopped buying magazines 10 years ago. When my tv took it’s last breath, I didn’t replace it. Today, I find people with laugh lines and crow’s feet attractive. There’s something magical about people who laugh. Once upon a time, I just saw those as wrinkles.
The media either needs to stop portraying aging as a bad thing, or consumers will stop consuming it once they realize how toxic it is.
