A man I work with uses exclamation marks and tons of smileys. I ❤ working with him. Maybe instead of women trying to “man up” their communications, maybe men could be told they sound bitchy and bossy and ask them to try being a little more personable. I promise them, nothing will fall off, and work might actually be more fun for everyone.
