40 years (or so) later, we are still telling 12 year old girls they cannot wear a tank top to school, they cannot show their shoulders, they must be sure their skirts are long enough and their dresses loose enough or the boys won’t be able to study or think.

Why are we still teaching the same tired old message? Why are we still teaching girls, all these years later, that a boy’s behavior is her responsibility?
